Apple is known for its strict policy regarding original parts and the guarantee that would expire if non-original parts are found in the iPhone or iPad.
Fortunately, it seems that Apple is now abandoning these strict rules. In a document that has come into the hands of MacRumors, it says that Apple Stores and repair centers can now also handle iPhones and iPads where it is found that there is a non-original battery in the device.
