Delivery information

All products that can be ordered on our website are supplied from stock. We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany on Monday to Saturday.

Your order will be sent via registered, signed-for post with DHL, DPD or PostNL.
Signed-for parcels may only be delivered to the addressee's address. If you're not in when they call for the first time, DHL, DPD or PostNL will try to delivery your parcel the next working day (Mon to Sat). After a second attempt, you may collect your parcel from the closest DHL, DPD or PostNL service point.

Prior to delivery, you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow your parcel.

We also ship to our Belgian customers. We do this securely and quickly using DHL, DPD or PostNL, using the registered, signed-for parcel service.
DHL, DPD or PostNL also delivers the next working day in Belgium. Delivery may sometimes take up to 2-3 working days. This depends on where you live in Belgium. Precise information can be requested from DHL, DPD or PostNL.

You will also be given a Track & Trace code to trace your parcel.

We also ship to our German customers. Your order will be shipped by PostNL (shipped by Hermes and EURODIS within Germany), DHL (Express), DPD, FedEx (Express), UPS or another reliable courier. Delivery may sometimes take up to 2-3 working days. This depends on where you live in Germany. Precise information can be requested from DHL, DPD or PostNL.
You will also be given a Track & Trace code to trace your parcel.

We also ship to our Austrian customers. Your order will be shipped by PostNL (EURODIS is responsible for Austria), DHL (Express), DPD, FedEx (Express), UPS or another reliable courier. Delivery may sometimes take up to 2-3 working days. This depends on where you live in Germany. Precise information can be requested from DHL, DPD or PostNL.
You will also be given a Track & Trace code to trace your parcel.

We also ship to our France customers. Your order will be shipped by PostNL, DHL (Express), DPD, FedEx (Express), UPS or another reliable courier. Delivery may sometimes take up to 2-3 working days.
